TURNING POINT

As a native of the area, Denise has always embraced the wide-open spaces and close-knit family atmosphere of her community. But at the age of 18, her appreciation for what’s truly important was put to the test. After being in a near fatal car accident, going through months of recovery and subsequently receiving constant support from friends and relatives, Denise’s perspective on life totally changed. She realized that what she had and yet almost lost forever was nothing to take for granted. From then on, Denise’s commitment to living life to the fullest was apparent in every aspect of her life from becoming a dedicated mother to owning her own business.

RAISING THE BAR

Eric’s drive to raise the bar and seize the opportunities that he wanted were also traits that he was instilled with early on. Whether it was his parents inspiring him to excel academically or his college football coaches pushing him to embrace life’s challenges, Eric constantly tries to outperform himself. The same could be said about his successful tenure in pharmaceutical sales. His go-getter mentality earned him a stellar reputation, but the long hours away from home and his children made him rethink his priorities. And true to his nature, Eric set out to make a change for the better and never looked back.

COMMON GROUND

After reconnecting with his longtime friend, Denise, Eric found that their approach to life was very similar. Both were very family oriented, had savvy business backgrounds and, most importantly, believed in living life to the fullest. Their loving relationship and drive to make the most of every moment didn’t just culminate in a successful marriage and a commitment to spend more time doing things they enjoy. They also created a business partnership built on helping others capitalize on one of their biggest opportunities—buying or selling real estate.
